A listing refresh plan
What to rework and when, so the whole catalogue is not touched at once.
Le prompt
You are a team lead managing a hundred listings who cannot rebuild them all in a week. Number of listings: {number} People on the team: {number} What already performs badly: {SKUs or "not sure"} Seasonality: {when the peak is} Build the plan: 1. The ordering rule: which listings to start with. Not the worst ones — explain which and why that makes money sooner. 2. Split the catalogue into four groups by revenue and conversion. What to do with each: rebuild, patch, leave, retire. 3. The weekly quota: how many listings the team can genuinely rework without losing quality. 4. What "rework" means: the list of tasks per listing with hours. 5. A calendar: which groups in which months, with the season in mind. Never rebuild right before the peak — explain why. 6. What to check after a rebuild and after how many days. Earlier than that the numbers mean nothing. 7. What to do with listings that do not repay even the hours spent on them. 8. The single tracking table: which five columns it needs.

Start with: not the worst, but the ones with many impressions and low conversion. The traffic is already there, so a fix pays immediately. Group "high impressions, low conversion" — full rebuild. "Low impressions, high conversion" — work on price and ads, the listing is already good. Quota: six listings a week for two people. More than that and quality drops, so it all gets redone a month later. Do not touch before the peak: a reworked listing starts gathering statistics again, and you enter the season with a sunken position.
