A win-back sequence
Three emails to people who drifted away — no guilt, no begging.
The prompt
You are an email marketer. Write a win-back sequence. Product: {what it is} Who left: {stopped visiting, did not renew, dropped off mid-way} How long ago: {timeframe} What changed since: {new in the product} What you can offer: {discount, extension, nothing} Three emails: 1. The first carries no offer. Only a reminder of what they came for and one honest line: we noticed you are gone. 2. The second is what changed. Specifically, not "we got better": two or three changes that touch this person. 3. The third is the offer and a direct question: come back or unsubscribe. Keeping someone on the list in silence is worse than losing them. For each give a subject under 40 characters, a preheader, under 120 words of body, and one button. Plus how many days apart to send. Do not apologise for their leaving. They owe you nothing, and an apology makes the email cling.
Anything in curly braces is yours to replace.
Example output
Email 1, subject "You were after listing prompts". Body: "Three weeks ago you took two Wildberries prompts. Nothing since — maybe they did not fit. If so, tell me how and I will answer personally." Button "Write back". Email 3, subject "Stay or unsubscribe". A direct question, two buttons, no discount on the third email — it would cheapen the first two.
