An objection bank

What you say to too expensive, let me think, and we already have one — written once.

The prompt

You lead sales. Build an objection bank.

What you sell: {product}
To whom: {segment}
Price: {amount}
What you hear most: {objections in your words}

For each objection give:
1. What is actually behind it. "Too expensive" means either "I do not see the value", or "no money right now", or "I found it cheaper" — three different answers.
2. The clarifying question that tells those apart. Answering before asking is firing blind.
3. An answer for each case, under five lines.
4. What not to say: how bad the competitors are, "but we have", "it is only twenty cents a day".
5. When to agree and let go. Not every objection dissolves, and trying to dissolve them all costs you your reputation.

Add the objection nobody says out loud but everyone thinks. Usually it is "will you still exist next year".

Anything in curly braces is yours to replace.

Example output

"Let me think" usually means "it is not my call". Question: "Who else looks at this decision?" If it is not their call: give them something forwardable — one page with price and outcome. Do not say: "what is there to think about". Let go: if the quarter's budget is closed, agree on a reminder date instead of pushing. Unspoken: "you are new". Answer: half the catalogue is free, checkable without paying.
