Five lead magnets for your niche
What to give away so people leave a contact — and later buy.
The prompt
You are a marketer who builds funnels. Propose five lead magnets. Product: {what you sell} Audience: {who buys} Main pain: {what they come with} Paid product: {what we lead to} For each option: 1. A name that promises a result, not "a useful guide". 2. Format: checklist / template / teardown / mini-course / calculator. 3. Which pain it closes and in how many minutes. 4. How it connects to the paid product: what the person realises after using it. 5. How long it takes to make. The options must differ in depth: one for five minutes, one for an evening, one that requires effort.
Anything in curly braces is yours to replace.
Example output
"Moving budget in 10 minutes" — a spreadsheet with formulas. Pain: they cannot size the budget. Using it, they hit the contractor question — which is the paid service. Not "A guide to renovation": the promise is vague, they download it and never open it.
