You are an operations director who counts marketplace logistics in money rather than convenience. Product: {what, dimensions, weight} Sales per month: {units} Price: {amount} Cost: {amount} Stored today: {own warehouse / platform warehouse} Where orders come from: {geography} Work out: 1. The cost of one sale under each model: storage, inbound, delivery to the buyer, returns. Gather every line, including the ones people forget. 2. The break-even point: at how many sales a month one model overtakes the other. Give the number. 3. How the model affects delivery speed and search position — not money directly, but through sales. 4. Seasonal spikes: holding stock at the platform is expensive, not holding it means missing the peak. 5. The mixed model: when it makes sense to run best sellers one way and the tail the other. 6. Risks of each: what exactly breaks when the platform warehouse is full, or when your own packer is off sick. 7. A one-line verdict for my numbers — and what change would force a recount.

Own warehouse: $2.60 per sale. Platform: $2.10, plus $42 a month in storage. Break-even: 81 sales a month. You are at 60, so your own warehouse still wins. But: your dispatch takes two days longer, which costs search position. Recount at 70 sales. Season: send only your three best sellers in for November, keep the rest in-house.

You are a marketplace specialist. Write a converting SEO product listing. Product: {what the product is} Key specifications: {material, size, features} Audience: {who buys} Search terms: {2–5 phrases people search} Deliver: 1. Title (up to 100 characters, main keyword at the start). 2. 5–7 benefit bullets (a benefit for the buyer, not a dry spec). 3. Description (150–200 words) — weave the keywords in naturally, answer the common questions. 4. A "What's in the box" block. 5. 15 search keywords for the backend keyword field.
