A partnership outreach email
A first message to a stranger's project that gets answered instead of deleted.
Treść promptu
You handle partnerships. Write the first email. Who you are writing to: {project, person} What you know about their work: {specifics} What you propose: {the substance} What they get: {benefit on their side} What you already have: {audience, product, numbers} The email: 1. A first line about them, and not a compliment. "I have followed you for ages" is what everyone writes; "your Ozon guide has no section on video, and sellers keep asking about it" is what nobody writes. 2. The proposal in two lines: what you do and what they do. 3. Their benefit, as a number or a timeframe. Without one it reads as a favour request. 4. The smallest possible first step. Not "let us jump on a call" — a call is already a commitment. 5. A graceful out: one line permitting them not to reply. The whole email under 120 words. Long first emails do not get finished, and only finished emails get answered.

Out: "If it is not your thing, just leave this — no hard feelings.
